PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Our Client is a successful dealer of professional equipment and supplies. Due to their expanded business in Albania and Kosovo region, they are currently looking to hire a suitable experienced Procurement Manager.
JOB ROLE:
As Procurement Manager you will be responsible for the management of the purchasing and supplies team and delivery of required cost improvement targets. You will lead on all procurement sourcing projects ensuring that the company strategy is applied.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Negotiate complex procurement projects and deal with high value commercial contracts
Successful delivery of cost improvement financial targets
Development and ongoing ownership of product category pricing strategy, differentiating for channels as required
Ensure uninterrupted and smooth supply of products by: a) inventory monitoring and controlling; b) timely control of purchasing; c) importing and custom clearing of products and marketing materials
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
5+ year hands on experience in Procurement/Logistics function in Retail/Trade/ Business Supply industry
Very good knowledge of English and Italian
Excellent PC skills - Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team working personality
Line management experience
In-depth understanding of the strategic direction of the purchasing functions both within the company and other business sectors
Experience in sourcing strategy
