German Institute for Professional Studies is a private Institute, raised from a twin project in between German and Albanian partners for the development of professional education in Albania. Our activity is placed with a Head Office in Paskuqan Municipality, an area 5 km far from center of Tirana. Address : Rr.”Gjok Doci”, Paskuqan, Tirane.

What should you have first:
· A bachelor degree in economics, marketing, or related fields
· A fluent English, written and spoken
· A knowledge of proficiency level at office package
· No work experience listed as a requirement (very preferred, indeed)

What will you do :
· Develop and maintain Institute image and presentations.
· Evaluate and implement sales promotion programs.
· Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of Institute.
· Improve management and employee relations.
· Prepare and publish newsletters and other Institute literature.
· Release promotion literature about new products.
· Respond to information queries from media and the public parts interested.
· Identify audience for product or service.
· Manage Institute sponsorships.
· Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials.
· Manage an organization's reputation with the public in general and clients.
· Develop and launch Internet and/or intranet web pages.
· Manage communications budgets.
· Confer with the labor relations managers in order to develop internal communications.
· Produce monthly and annual reports.
