Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, Headhunting, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position Key Account Manager.
Primary purpose of the role:
To manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.
Duties:
-Visiting point sales area according to the daily route plan
-Increase sales of company products and achieved the agreed targets within the key accounts
-Daily monitoring the commercial performance of each client
-To analyse account profiles and potentials by doing strategic planning and to adapt conditions of sales accordingly
-Able to prepare proposals for the promotion of existing products and increase sales in this group of customers
-Prepare timely and accurate sales forecast to ensure optimized product availability
-Able to promote all company events
-Able to ensure effective communication between all functional areas in the account management process.
Requirements of the role:
- University degree
-Very good oral and written communication skills in English
-At least 5 years of experience in Account Management or Territory Sales
- Experienced in the use of MS Office.
-Driver's license
Skills:
- Results oriented
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong appreciation of deadlines
- Clear and concise communication skills to differing levels of hierarchy.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
