Albanian Satellite Communications, a triple play provider of telephony, Internet and TV, is looking to fill the positions below:
Network Planning Engineer:
Main duties
Designing, planning and implementing cable network
Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
Preparing daily reports about network coverage
Providing advice and support to the other departments
Maintaining planning database
Mandatory qualifications
University degree in telecommunications
Experience in network design and implementation based on customer requirements
At least 2 Year experience in network designing
Very good English knowledge
Very strong communications skills
Familiar with HFC and ADSL networks
Able to work under pressure
Billing Applications Engineer
· Understanding of billing methods and payment trends in the telephony market for both consumers and business customers
· Experience with integration of pre/post paid billing systems in service providers environment
· Experience with development or definition of pre/post paid billing systems is an advantage
· Ability to work independently in a stressful business environment
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
