Cold Drink Operation Supervisor

Plan, direct and monitor the activities CDO department in order to achieve the established sales targets. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance service for the coolers and spare parts is given to clients in accordance with the TCCC and CCBS standards.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible to control the real presence of coolers in the POSs and is in charge of the installation and withdrawal process of the coolers.
• Prepare the Routine Maintenance Rout and the Extraordinary Maintenance Rout in order to make a full coverage of the territory.
• Prepare, in collaboration with Marketing, the promotional distribution plan and ensure its placement in the sales points.
• Ensure that the sales points in the area assigned are offered the best service from the CDO technicians and wholesalers in order to meet business objectives.
• Ensure the acurate inventory of spare parts is done by the technicians
• Maintain and update client and equipment database
• Administer internal communication ensuring a smooth flow of information
• Registering and archiving Contracts coordinating with Area Managers
• Controlling, approving and archiving Proposals coordinating with the Area Managers
• Drafting and updating Procedure coordinating with the Quality Assurance
• Ensure that wholesalers observe agreed CCBS guidelines and standards.
• Correct management of the warehouse avoidance of trans-shipment, in order to efficiently and effectively cover market needs.


Skills and qualifications:
• University Degree in Economics or Business Administration or Marketing
• At least 2 years of similar experience
• Good knowledge of English and Italian
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work
• Excellent leadership, organizational and motivating skills
• Analytical skills and commercial approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and accomplish short- and long- term deadlines with a heavy workload.
