Position Requirements
Achieve sales objectives for the entire line of Tenzor portfolio
Develop sales objectives, strategies, and promotions
Recruit, train, develop, and mentor manufacturer sales representatives, distributors, resellers, and consultants
Manage sales channel, manufacturer reps, distributors, integrators, and end-users
Close involvement in company promotional activities, including trade shows, road shows, product seminars, sales meetings and product training
Prospecting to ensure that new prospects are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis
Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and periodic sales reports
Effective use of CRM automation tools to track sales opportunities
Contribute to the collection of market feedback and intelligence by working closely with engineering, marketing and product support teams
Travel (50%+) to visit customers and participate in sales events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or working experience of 5+ years in the Economics, IT or Technical security industry
Experience with and in-depth knowledge of the IT/ Security Market
Working knowledge of surveillance systems, DVRs, network video technology, fire protection
