Technical Support for Satellite Connection Points
Very good computer knowledge;
University degree in telecommunications
Monitoring and troubleshooting satellite connected points;
Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, colleagues and the client.Customer Care operator various shifts
Very good computer knowledge;
Excellent communication skills;
University degree is a plus
Ability to provide written information clearly and effectively;
Receives customer phone calls and aids them with fixing service problems;
Monitors the system;
Forward unsolved problems to technical staff;
Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, colleagues and the client
