CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Trade Marketing Assistant
To assist and perform duties for the trade marketing department including performing general clerical duties, coordination of TMR everyday duties, etc.
Main responsibilities:
• Coordinate POS branding process
• Branding process follow up
• Maintain relationship between suppliers and TM team
• Branding budget and branding report
• Preparation of different analyses and presentations as per department needs
• Prepare different surveys and analyzes of the sales on going for department needs
• Manage POSM materials ordering, invoicing and delivery process
Skills and qualifications:
• University Degree in Economic for Marketing or Business Administration
• Good knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)
• At least one year of experience in marketing or sales area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills; have the ability to work independently as well as in a
Team
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point
