Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
On behalf of our client, a well known company operating in cosmetic area we are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Office Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Office Manager
General Summary: The Office Manager reports to the Senior Administrative Officer and is responsible for providing office management services. This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records.

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• Design and implement office policies.
• Establish standards and procedures Organize office operations and
procedures
• Monitor and record long distance phone calls
• Control correspondences
• Review and approve supply requisitions
• Recruit and select office staff
• Orient and train employees
• Supervise staff
• Evaluate staff performance
• Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions

QUALIFICATIONS:
•A university degree; a minimum of 3 (three) years of related experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Excellent leadership qualities which include the ability to collaborate and work effectively with all levels of staff. Solid project and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
