Procurement Expert
Our client is a leading company, well known for their high quality electrical material and devices. Based in Tirana, they are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Expert.
Job Role:
This role includes strategic supplier selection, cost management, negotiation, and supplier liaison.
Responsibilities:
Develops buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials
Resolves delivery, quality or other related problems with purchases and invoices.
Develops project plans and purchasing systems; reviews and analyzes requisitions and supply plans
Ensures accurate and efficient Customer's order processing in accordance with Company's policies and procedures
Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to complex, and/or cross-functional problems.
Implements advanced logistics concepts
Ensures efficient and compliant documents flow
Requirements:
University diploma / engineering degree preferred
2+ years in procurement/ purchasing function; electronic/ electrical devices purchasing experience is considered an advantage
Very good English Skills; Italian is considered an advantage
Very good MS Office skills; particularly Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work well in team environment
Self-motivated / self-starter
Ability to multi-task in tight lead time environment
