The position is part of Finance Group / Accounting and Tax Directorate
Assets and Investment Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
Controlling and recording asset and investment invoices
Preparing for payment asset and investment invoices
Following the financial issues for all investments contract
Preparing monthly report for main vendor
Coordinating with other directorates and following asset in process and their transfer to Fix Asset.
Coordinating for the inventory of tangible asset of all the company employees.
Fulfills other duties in order to help the company achieve specific objectives upon managerial request.
Assists in preparation of month end close and monthly financials
Identify and communicate problems to Asset Manager and/or Asset Coordinator
Requirements of the position:
Bachelor degree in Finance
At least 2 years of related experience
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Very good knowledge of English language.
Ability to work independently and in a team
Available to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
Well organized and detailed oriented
