We are seeking to recruit: Sales Development & Support Officer

Job purpose:To support and ensure the achievement of profitability of Retail segment, as well as cost efficiency, competitiveness and the developments and maintenance of Strategic Retail Banking targets. To set up the overall Retail business model, the analysis of retail results, as well as the planning / tracking of retail budgets and planned business initiatives.

Direct Reports to: Head of Sales Development & Support Sector

Main Responsibilities:

· Responsible for designing the Sales Action Plan of the Network based on the yearly commercial budgets and marketing plans, prepares and coordinates the implementation of new products, sales campaigns and sales tools in order to support target achievements of the network.
· Ensures marketability of retail products being always in line with the profitability strategy of the bank, as well as the local competition.
· Ensures the proper implementation of sales action plans through coaching and “On the job” training program in order to improve the network daily sales, as well as coordinates with the Training Sector for the organization of necessary training programs.
· Follow up the implementation of the sales actions through specific KPI, ensures the update and correct use of the sales tools from the network of branches, as well as represents the network in different units of the bank with regards to issues affecting animation.
· Develop and monitor the implementation of other alternative channels of distribution, i.e. POS, E-Banking, Phone Banking, Co-Branded Credit Cards etc. He/she is responsible for managing such networks of distribution. Develops Anti-Fraud policies and performs the necessary investigations.
Responsible for the marketability and profitability of alternative channels, recommends strategies and goals for the pricing of products.

Criteria to be fulfilled:

· University Degree, In Economic
· Banking experience in Retail area
· Good written and spoken English
