5 Star Hotel chain in Doha looking for Director of Guest Services
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position in 5 star Hotel chain with GCC Experience
leading a Front Office department and previous experience in a similar role in the GCC area is preferred. The candidate must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; Arabic speaking is preferred and we definitely require a candidate with good communication skills, both verbal and written
Arabic speaking is preferred
Good knowledge of the local and international media and media culture.
And international media and media culture
Excellent knowledge of Planning organizing/communication/ presentation/negotiation skills,
The job includes but not limited to:
Overall responsibility for Group Sales implementation and results including group and transient rooms, group food and beverage, meeting room rental, local catering, outlet, and other revenues. Strategies will include market mix, pricing, status, direct sales, marketing, and acquisition status and results. Maximize profitability for the hotel and outstanding quality service for the customers. Front Office & Guest Services as well as recommend the department’s budget and manage expenses within approved budget constraints while working closely with General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotel’s goals and objectives
forecast, and target goals. Participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.
Basic Salary QAR 15,000.00/- to QAR 17,000.00+Accommodation + Medical Insurance + Ticket + other benefits
