We are seeking to recruit: Risk Reporting & Analysis Specialist

Job purpose: Develop reports and analyze results to be provided to Bank’s Management and other parties and monitor risk limits according to the internal and external policies and procedures.

Direct Reports to: Head of Risk Reporting & Analysis Department

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze risk reports on daily, monthly and quarterly basis for individual and business loans according to the requirements received from Credit Agricole S.A.
- Prepare credit risk reports and indicators according to the requirements of the Bank’s Management.
- Prepare reports regarding non-performing loans and Cost of Risk according to Group Standard guidelines.
- Prepare and submit for approval the classification of credit loan portfolio according to Bank of Albania regulations as well as internal standards classifications and provisions.

- Monitor the distributions of credit portfolio per sectors of economic activity, credit limits, portfolio quality analysis, etc.

- Prepare and analyze the Key Risk Indicators of Collection Systems (Retail and Corporate).
- Prepare and monitor the overdue portfolio analysis according to Retail and Corporate Units.
- Daily preparing and uploading of the Credit Register files to Bank of Albania in an accurate manner.
- Monitoring of any problems / errors related to the quality of data presented in the Credit Register Database and ensuring that the errors are corrected from the responsible Branch Manager or Loan Administration Sector personnel.

- Deliver reports to the respective users within the required deadlines.

- Propose changes in order to improve the reporting and analysis tools.

- Establishment and implementation of formal controls on the reporting produced by Risk Division.

- Maintain Bank confidentiality at all times

The ideal Candidates should have:

- Knowledge on the functioning and approval processes of credit activities (all credit types).
- Knowledge on the functioning of treasury products such as interbank deposits, investments on Treasury Bills & Bonds, Deposit Certificates, REPOs, Reverse REPOs, etc.
- Knowledge on Bank of Albania regulations regarding credit activities, classification & provisioning, monitoring of large exposures, etc.
- Being able to thoroughly understand the actual reporting processes and provide suggestions on using alternative manners in order to increase the efficiency and minimize possible human errors.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills which include the extensive use of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, Subtotals calculations, usage of advanced functions, and integration with other Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Access.
- Good Microsoft Access skills which include the creation of simple and complex queries involving multiple data sources, data import/export from/to Microsoft Excel and text files, automation of routine tasks using macros.
- Basic knowledge on the operation of Relational Database Systems / Data Warehouses in order to understand the operation of various reports and detect possible errors.
- Basic knowledge on the usage of Core Banking System (knowledge of FlexCube is considered an advantage).
- To have operational logic, be practical and careful
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Capability and willingness to take responsibilities

Criteria to be fulfilled:

- University degree in Economic Science, Business Informatics or related areas

- Very good English proficiency (written/oral)
