Assistant of General M
anager
The Assistant will support the General Manager in administrative tasks. He/She must be highly motivated, a quick thinker, have the ability to complete tasks and projects quickly, with little to no guidance. The Assistant will have a highly professional, friendly style, which fosters trust and cooperation; as well she must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Duties:
• Produces professional business letters, reports and presentations, by collecting and analyzing information.
• Assist the General Manager with the coordination and management of special projects and events.
• Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives.
• Prepare correspondence on behalf of the General Manager.
• Provide personal assistance and support to General Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & qualifications:
• Experience in similar positions, or foreign organizations.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Superior writing and report presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and team work skills.
• Exceptional organizational and efficient administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
