Sales Support Unit Manager
Purpose of position:
Sales Support unit manager is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support services to corporate sales departments in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. Must comply with established policies and procedures of the company with regard to accurate entries in SAP, customer agreement workflow and manage efficiently dedicated support team.
Requirements of the position:
• University Degree in Economics or Finance
• At least 3 years Managerial or supervisory experience
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Candidate must have attention to detail and maintain high level of integrity at all times. Must be able to manage constant workload and be able to engage positively with other departments.
• Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures. very effective organizational
skills.
• Availability to work overtime when needed
