Pre Sales Support Engineer
Purpose of position:
Prepares technical solutions, prepare technical requirements and cooperates with technical untis & departments for providing services to large customers.The main projects are providing services for business clients, corporates, national and international operators, institutions etc. Participates together with the sales personnel in presentation of services to clients.
Requirements of the position:
University Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT.
At least 1 year of previous experience in telecommunication field
Good knowledge of IP & Data Infrastructure and Transmission
Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet SDH etc.
Good knowledge of the PSTN , VOIP services and infrastructure.
Very Good knowledge of English language
Able to work under pressure
Able and willing to work in team
Availability to work overtime when needed
