We are looking for
BUSINESS TRAINER ALBANIA
Key responsibilities:
· Organize and conduct trainings for Unit Leaders, Up lines and Zone Managers in AVON in order to influence the development and to ensure the effective application of Avon PATD standards and strategies at Zone and Divisional/National level for Albania
· Participate in the quarterly Trainings and Coaching Plan process with Training Manager and Division/National Sales Manager
· Conduct PATD observations, analyze the results, defining the needs of additional training
· Prepare, organize and conduct implement the training and coaching actions defined in the quarterly Training & Coaching Plan, support DSM / NSM in field process
· Develop/prepare training materials
· Prepare reports of the training results on campaignly and quarterly basis
· Participation in company activities as Conferences, Open days, Road show, etc.
· Participate in the activity preparation, implementation and achievement of the planned objectives connected with the specific activity
Our expectations:
· University degree - Economics and Psychology preferably
· Field experience - Customer service, Sales, Sales support or HR experience
· Coaching experience preferably
· Computer literacy – MS Office
· Advanced level of English knowledge
· Communicative and interpersonal skills
· Presentation skills
· Organizational and time management skills
· Active driving licence
· Willingness to travel
