The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
On behalf of our client, a well known legal firm we are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Junior Legal Associate.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Junior Legal Associate
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• Draft legal documents
• Review and summarize contracts
• Conduct legal research
• Assist in smooth closing of corporate transactions
• Support provision of superior legal services and products to clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
•A university degree in law; post university degree in law in US or United Kingdom is considered as an advantage; must have graduated with a high GPA; Albanian law license. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, plus a fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Solid project and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
