Fraud Specialist
Main Responsibilities of the position:
Managing the process of Analyzing and monitoring the implementation, functionality of every tariff plan, service, new offers, bundles launched by Marketing and implemented by Billing. Analyzing and monitoring possible revenue leakages. Collaborating and reporting to superior.
Requirements of the position:
• University Degree in Economy/Finance or Business Informatics
• One year of experience in Collection, Fraud or other similar experience
• Detail oriented, solution oriented, deadline oriented
• To be correct and dedicated person, honest and responsible in every activity and to keep the confidentiality as per Company Policy and Job Position Specifics.
• Team worker.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Very good command of English
• Very good Analytical Skills, having a general culture of Fraud and CM
