IT Call Center Support Engineer
Job Description

Alba Consulting on behalf of one of our clients we are looking for an for an IT Support Engineers. The ideal candidate would have experience in either an IT Systems Administration or Network Engineering team, Technical Service Desk or Desktop Support in an enterprise environment. Strong people skills are required as you will be the face of IT for our internal and external clients. An IT Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving priority technical issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities for this position include:

Provide prompt and courteous technical service to a diverse client base
Local support for IT helpdesk escalations
Provide desktop support
Knowledge of troubleshooting network connections and devices
Performing daily & monthly maintenance tasks (ie: compliance reporting, addressing security, etc)


Job Requirements:

Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience using Remote Desktop tools
Exceptional verbal and written Communication
Troubleshooting knowledge of various operating systems such as Windows XP & Windows 7
Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, Outlook and Active Directory
Knowledge of call center operations; candidates with prior IT experience in a call center environment would be helpful
Must be able to work in a team environment
troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems

Communication: Good spoken and written knowledge in ENGLISH language
