We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of National Sales Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION: National Sales Manager
General Summary: Manages sales of the company’s products and services in the country.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
The goal of National Sales Manager is to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
-Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with General Sales Director
-Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
-Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
-Formulates sales policies, practices and procedures
-Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
-Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
-Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
-Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company
REPORTING:
• Reports to General Sales Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
A university degree in Business Administration preferred; a minimum of three years of related experience. Successful track record of working with upper management. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
