We are seeking to recruit: Executive Secretary

Main Job Purpose:

To provide a complete, serious, efficient and professional secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.


Direct Reports to: CEO


Main Responsibilities:

· Preparation of various correspondences, mainly coming from the CEO of the Bank. Drafting, completion and following up their proper delivery.

· Administration of different telecommunications. Connection of the CEO with different contacts locally and abroad. Supporting the CEO in cases of unavailability for the connection and maintaining correct records and messages, in order for the appropriate person to be informed.

· Following up the issues in process or/and uncompleted up to their final settlement. In anticipation updates the CEO on status of issues before scheduled meetings.

· Coordinates and facilitates the CEO's calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences.

· Informs about invitations and other obligations within or/and outside the Bank and confirms the participation or not of the CEO. Follows up their realisation.

· Properly makes domestic/ international travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, prepares, compiles and maintains the necessary travel records.





The ideal Candidate should have:


· Reliable, having a good understanding of trustworthiness and confidentiality
· Very good written and verbal communication skills
· Hardworking and very organized person
· Very good knowledge of basic computer programs

Criteria to be fulfilled:



A University Degree is preferred
Fluent French and English (written/oral)
