Contact Center Department Manager

Purpose of the Job Position:

Resposnsible to manage, coaching contact center team in order to reach the company target and improve service quality to Customers. Responsible to manage all call center activities and coordinate all works in Contact Center Department.

Responsibilities :

Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses etc;
Develops contact center systems by developing customer interaction and voice response systems, designing user interfaces; developing and executing user acceptance test plans; planning and controlling implementations
Maintains and improves all contact center operations;
Meets contact center financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in contact center operations management; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


Requirements of the position:

• University Degree,
• At least 4 years job experience in Supervising or Management positions in similar field is considered an advantage.
• Very good communication, listening and learning skills, ability to relate well with members of the team.
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Availability to work overtime when needed
• Technological and latest changes in world telecommunications knowledge are considered as advantages
