We are seeking to recruit: Greeter to Main Branch

Job purpose: The main objective is to provide welcoming, orientation of customers within the branch, as well as management of appointments of the advisors and branch managers. The scope of the activity is Customer Service oriented.

Direct Reports to: Branch Manager

Main Responsibilities:

· Provides professional welcoming to the walk-in customers and the right conditions for a satisfactory accommodation;
· Manages the counter queues and identifies the customers’ needs;
· Guides customers to the appropriate zone (i.e. 24 hours, transaction area, etc.);
· Assists customers in filling in the necessary applications / forms before approaching the counters;
· Promotes to the customers of the bank the use the alternative banking channels (i.e. ATMs, E-banking);
· Books appointments for customers to the Advisory area or Branch Manager area and manages their outlook calendars;
· Acts as back-up for Express banking area staff in case of excess crowd or staff missing;
· Assists supportive office tasks for the advisors (ISA and BSA), after banking hours only;
· Promptly and efficiently handle quick customer enquiries / complaints. Carefully instruct customer to fill in and deposits the Complaints Form;
· Handle the communication with other branches, units and/or third parties related to the branch exclusively (mail delivery, postal service for the branch, etc.);
· Ensure the correct implementation of Bank policies / procedures;

The ideal Candidate should have:

· Ability to work in team and under cut off –s / deadlines
· Good sales skills
· Good communication skills

Criteria to be fulfilled:



University degree
Good written and spoken English
