Loyalty and Retention Specialist
Purpose of position:
A strategic retention specialist is accountable to provide analytical reports and statistics so as to help understand customer behavior and/or identify: customers segments such as: protential to churn, reduction of activity on terms of revenue generation, products purchase frequency, amounts, rate/frequency of complaints etc.


Requirements of the position:
· University Degree
· Bussiness Coorporate Work Envoirement & Process Experience.
· Minimum 1 year experience in customer data analysis and reports
· Strong communication skills, team work oriented, analytic, and organized
· Ability to analyze and interpret data; Knowledge of customer lifecycle management techniques and their application
· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
· Working overtime when needed
