Relationship and Knowledge Management Director


Our Client, one of the leading international companies in Albania, operating successfully under concession agreement of the largest facility management project in Albania, has currently opened the vacancy for an experienced Relationship and Knowledge Management Director.

Position Role: The role of the RKM Director is to manage, lead and coordinate the department policies, procedures and practices by following accepted international, national and Company standards of professional practice. The role will regulate and manage the relations between external stakeholders, shareholders and company. The role will monitor measure and report on department’s issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.

Reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the company in Albania.


Responsibilities:


Manage the relations with company shareholders and Administrative Council (AC)
Collect, review and control all the documentation presented to the AC and shareholders
Administrative Council/Annual General Assembly/Extraordinary General Assembly minuting and follow-up
Manage the relations with governmental counterparts
Coordinate, participate and provide support in meeting of Company’s Management with governmental contracts( Ministerial Level)
Coordinate and hold meetings with governmental contracts( below ministerial level)
Lead and manage the flow of information within the company with the purpose of ensuring availability of quality information to the Company Management and Employees
Manage and monitor Company’s Management Information System(MIS)
Support Company’s Management by suggesting areas to be regulated by and determine necessity for updates in policies /procedures
Lead, follow up and coordinate new company wide project
Manage and coordinate the processes of archive, correspondence and sponsorship

Requirements:


University Degree in Business, Social Sciences or Related field; advanced studies are preferred
Relationship management and project coordination experience are considered a must
At least three working years of experience in related job responsibilities; experiences with international companies or project coordination positions with state authorities are considered a plus
Effective Negotiation, Relationship building and influencing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent English
Very good computer skills
Credible, confident and diplomatic; honest, reliable and with integrity
Team worker, Leader, motivator of the team
Multitask, problem solver in the business context showing ability to make effective decisions in line with company goals and objectives
Has reasonable balance of risk taking and careful behavior
