We are seeking to recruit: Fraud Prevention Specialist
Direct Reports to: Head of Financial Security Department

Job Purpose:The Fraud Prevention Specialist is responsible to follow up the implementation of the Anti-Fraud Program and prepare the detailed Action Plan of each sub-project, in cooperation with the involved units and the Fraud Prevention Function. To monitor and coordinate the implementation of the detailed Anti-Fraud Project Action Plan for each sub-project

Main Responsibilities:


Responsible for detecting and reporting fraud cases that occurs in his/her area of responsibility & documenting this reporting.
Communicating information to the staff related to his/her area of responsibility,
Addressing all staff concerns and suggestions to the Fraud Prevention Function.
To follow up the implementation of the Anti-Fraud Program and prepare the detailed Action Plan of each sub-project, in cooperation with the involved units and the Fraud Prevention Function.
To monitor and coordinate the implementation of the detailed Anti-Fraud Project Action Plan for each sub-project
To coordinate the development & implementation of these actions; report timely to the Fraud Prevention Function possible roadblocks and delays.
Establish an effective communications system to keep the staff under responsibility informed.
Work with the Fraud Prevention Function to evaluate and recommend the need for fraud detection systems.
Follow up the implementation of instruction/suggestions issued by Fraud Prevention Function and reports accordingly.
In collaboration with the Operational Risk & Permanent Control Sector draft the cartography of fraud risk based on the related processes and sub processes and proposes the relevant controls.
Review and evaluate the existing procedures, controls, systems, in the business areas affected by the Anti-Fraud initiatives.
Assume additional responsibilities and work on special projects as assigned by Fraud Prevention Function.

Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and without direction, to take initiative, and to make decisions.
Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Criteria to be fulfilled:


University Degree, preferably economic science or juridical science.
English proficiency.
Computer literacy
Previous banking experience in Control Functions
Previous fraud prevention and detection experience
