Retail Marketing, Events and Promotions Department Manager

Purpose of position:

The Retail, Events and Promotion Department will be in charge of ensuring proper brand implementation in the retail chain as well as successful organization of events and promotions. Ensuring excellent product placement and the shops project which aims at turning around the AT-EM shops and increasing the number of walk-ins in all our shops as well as monitoring and controlling the quality of all outdoor advertising and to secure the highest quality possible.

Main Responsibilities of the position:

Work for increasing the client and customer base for the company by establishing customer satisfaction programs.
Monitoring and analysing market trends .
Coordinate the appearance of all company's print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity.
Studying competitors marketing campaign
Exploring ways of improving existing sales and walk ins in the stores
Excellent comprehension and full knowledge of company's products
Manage company's activites organized by Marketing Communication
Regular reports and presentations to be provided to the head of MarComm for Retail Marketing activites and initiatives
Initiates new ideas and activities that promote the brand and products and services to the market.
Manages Retail Marketing Team

Requirements of the position:

• University Degree in Marketing ,or Business Administration
• At least 5 years job experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in telecommunication field is considered an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Very good Communication skills, self-confident and result oriented
• Excellent analytical Skills
• Thorough knowledge of Products and Services
• Able to work under pressure
• Able and willing to work in team
• Availability to work overtime when needed
