University degree or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English – written and verbal
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.
Background on telecommunication/media/marketing
Excellent team-building and marketing skills
Ability to influence a team without formal authority and to work independently or as a team member
