Purchasing Manager
An International Company, with head office in Tirana, is looking for Purchasing Manager. This position is responsible to consider price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support when choosing suppliers and merchandise. He tries to get the best deal for the company, meaning the highest quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost .
Requirments :
- Receive and review purchase requisition from all departments
- Prepare purchase orders using purchasing module
- Prepare written bids specification and solicits bids
- Performance maintenance of files and record keeping system
- Prepares reports and spreadsheets
Minimum Qualifications :
Acquire knowledge of purchasing, invoicing, inventories, audit and contract procedures
Graduated in accounting or related area. Master degree is an advantage
Good legal knowledge relating to his job position
Experience in using computer word processing, spreadsheet and/or data base programs
Strong writing and verbal communication skills both in English and Albanian
At least 3 years work experience in purchasing unit
