Position: Sales representative – Tirana, Albania
Short description of the position:
Being part of a sales team means identifying new sources of business by reaching target customers, making calls, visiting potential new corporate customers, and assisting customers in a timely and efficient manner with their company's relocation and logistics needs. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation and presentation skills and be highly motivated to reach company targets.
The Sales representative will be responsible for:
· Present and sell company products and services (moving, relocation, logistics or any other specialized Move One service to current and potential clients in the assigned territory/market segment
· Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities to increase business in all service areas
· Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
· Provide a consistently high level of service to Move One customers regarding the entire process of relocation, freight rates, service levels, schedule information and customer inquiries and complaints
· Stay up-to-date on new product and service opportunities, special developments, market conditions, competitors’ activities as well as advertising and promotional trends via personal connections and through the reading of pertinent literature
· Understand competitor strategies, capabilities and pricing to better position Move One advantageously
Succesful applicant will have/be:
· Degree level qualification or equivalent (Preference will be given to candidates with marketing studies, sales, HR business, or international business)
· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
· Sales or Customer Service experience preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales in moving or logistic industry (preferred 2-5 years)
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other applications
· Own car and driving license preferred
· Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and will have a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Good negotiating, presenting skills and persuasiveness
