CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Sales Asset Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
Manages and plans the activities of sales assets (such as coolers, umbrellas) in order to achieve the established sales targets.
Coordinates in collaboration with marketing the promotional distribution of the materials and ensure that they are placement according to the standard of CCBS in the sales points.
Prepares and follow maintenance plan of the coolers according to the needs.
Ensure that in every sales point in the area assigned is offered the best service from the coolers technicians and wholesalers.
Ensure that wholesalers implement agreed agreement, CCBS guidelines and standards in storing and delivering of the assets in order to avoid of trans-shipment.
Responsible to control the real presence of every cooler in the POSs
Responsible for installation and withdrawal process of the coolers.
Skills and qualifications:
University Degree in Economics or Business Administration or Marketing
With integrity and to take responsibilities seriously
At least 2 years of similar experience in FMCG
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work
Excellent leadership , organizational and motivating skills
Analytical skills and commercial approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and accomplish short- and long- term deadlines with a heavy workload
Very good knowledge of English and Italian
Driving license
