We are seeking to recruit: Head of Retail Credit Administration Department
Direct Reports to: Head Credit Administration Sector
Job Purpose:The administration of Retail loan portfolio throughout the network.

Main Responsibilities:


Provide assistance to the Head of Credit Administration Sector with regard to the fulfillment of conditions for loans under disbursement procedure.
Ensure the compliance of conditions set in Credit approval with Loan agreements.
Validation of the Retail loan disbursement in absence of the Head of Credit Administration Sector.
He / She directly support the accountability of the Head of Credit Administration Sector by completing special projects for Credit.
Direct monitoring of the retail loan portfolio performance in terms of loan repayments, overdue payments, and interest rate changes, collection of fees, life & property insurances.
Provide assistance to BL, Recovery, Finance and Legal staff in the management of the collection and recovery process Retail bank-wide by providing unified loan obligations reports.
Compile certification / copies of loan clients’ credit history BL, Recovery & Legal upon request;
Periodical notification to Retail Unit on post disbursement conditions; OVD expiration monitoring.
Supervisory responsibility within the department including the maintenance of all credit files in an acceptable manner.
Verify and authorize daily operational transactions performed by credit administration department staff.
Maintains the confidentiality of data loan files.
Any ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time by the supervisor.

The ideal Candidate should have:


Very good knowledge / understanding and compliance with lending policies and procedures.
Very good knowledge of the CBS
Good knowledge of English (written/oral)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan and organize self and team as well as persistent in following the daily tasks.
Ability to accurately check
Efficient team worker.
Good knowledge of banking system.

Criteria to be fulfilled:


University Degree in Economic Sciences
Credit activity
2 years of experience with CBS
