SUBJECT: RFP No. EEHR Albania 2013-04 Renovation Work in Korca Regional Hospital in Albania
REFERENCE: USAID/Albania’s Enabling Equitable Health Reforms (EEHR) Contract No: 182-C-00-10-00104-00
Abt Associates Inc. (Abt) invites organizations to submit a proposal for Renovation Work in Korca Regional Hospital in Albania as part of a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded Enabling Equitable Health Reforms (EEHR) project.
Abt Associates Inc. is seeking to contract a firm for the renovation of multiple entrance areas in Korca Regional Hospital in Albania. Services will include but may not be limited to five main interventions: (1) improvement of the hospital main entrance (2) improvement of the hospital emergency entrance (3) improvement of the pediatric hospital main entrance (4) A new exterior ramp and (5) new short segment road, as described in the Statement of Work of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Proposals should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.
Abt Associates Inc. contemplates awarding one fixed price subcontract under this solicitation
Bid Deadlines
Questions must be submitted in writing or by email to the address below no later than July 01, 2013, by 17:00 Tirana time. Verbal requests will not be accepted or responded to. Answers to all questions will be disseminated in writing to all potential Bidders.
Interested organizations may attend site visits organized during June 24-27, 2013. Attendance at site visits is optional.
Interested and qualified organizations should present their sealed bids in envelopes one original bound and one electronic copy each of the technical and cost proposals to the following address no later than July 10, 2013 by 17:00 Tirana time:
