Project Manager
forAlbania & Kosovo
General Purpose
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with organization strategy, commitments and goals.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Ø lead the planning and implementation of project
Ø define project tasks and resource requirements, goals and deliverables
Ø manage project budget, project resource allocation / coordinate project staff
Ø plan and schedule project timelines
Ø provide direction and support to project team
Ø qualityassurance
Ø constantlymonitor and report on progress of the project to stakeholders
Ø present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Ø project evaluations and assessment of results
Education and Experience
Ø qualificationin project management (PMI or equivalent)
Ø knowledgeof both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Ø knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Ø direct work experience in project management capacity
Ø proven experience in people management
Ø knowledge in strategic planning, risk management and change management
Ø excellent command in English language; German language it’s a bonus
Key competencies
Ø critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ø planning and organizing; decision-making
Ø communication skills; team work
Ø influencingand leading; delegation
Ø negotiation; conflict management
Ø adaptability; stress tolerance
