Essential Job Requirement and Functions:
Actively sell the hotel rooms and its services, always looking for new opportunities and ensure guest rooms are sold in a manner which maximizes guest satisfaction, hotel occupancy and revenue.
Fully understand all reservations procedures, develop and improve procedures whenever necessary.
Have good knowledge of a Reservations Software (Fidelio, Opera, etc). Administer room parameters in the system and regularly monitor rooms availability
Have good knowledge of online booking systems. Control total bookings status and overbooking of the hotel
Ensure that all correspondence (emails, faxes, letters) are answered in a timely matter
Effectively control Reservation Assistant to ensure reservations are handled correctly
Determine actions for guaranteed no-show billing
Very good Command of the Albanian and English language; any other languages (especially German and Italian) are definitely an advantage
Ensure that the hotels hospitality standards are adhered at all time in the department.
