Call Center Operator CCO

Belle air Call Center operator is responsible for handling over phone all customers’ requests for reservation, information, complains and bookings. All communications should be carried in line with Belle Air policy for Sales & Customer Care in order not to compromise the quality of service.
Belle Air Call Center Operator works mainly inbound with few exceptions in cases when contacting passengers to inform on schedule changes, promotions etc.

CCO Job Summary
• Explains products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Obtains customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
• Delivers prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Records names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Proposes to supervisor to adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Maintains records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
• Conducts client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

Required Skills
Belle Air Call Center Operator should be a good communicator in order to convey information effectively. He / She must be an active listener and persuader in order to fully understand passenger’s needs and be able to change their minds or behavior.
Belle Air CCO should be aware of passengers' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. He / She must be service oriented by actively looking for ways to help people.
CCO should be a target oriented individual and a team player in order to achieve the best results as an individual and as part of Belle Air Call Center.

Requirements:
• University Degree (or a document that verifies the ongoing studies)
• Call Center work experience desirable
• Very good possess of spoken Italian and English (French Language is an advantage)
