We are seeking to recruit: Head of Card Operations Department

Job purpose:
Responsible for the entire process regarding debit and credit card operational matters including actual and new products. Manage and coordinate all reporting, internal or external communication, ATM problems and Card Disputes.

Direct Reports to: Sector Manager

Main Responsibilities:


Supports and controls the process of issuance and re-issuance of payment cards.
Monitors the ATM daily activities and responds for the maintenance and problems related with the ATM functionality
Monitors the Branches regarding the reconciliation process.
Assure a proper function and update of all procedures related to Card products & ATMs.
Design and analyze new products for the bank in compliance with the banks strategy
Assure a proper function of all system procedures in terms of cards especially the exchange files between the core banking system and CMS (card management system)
Prepare detailed reports and analyses for designing new qualitative products for the bank including Profit and Loss.
Assure the compliance with the rules and procedures in force for the credit cards (from the application until the card delivery to the clients)
Assure and responsible for different types of reports required by the Bank, Group Subsidiary, Bank of Albania, Third Parties (VISA etc) etc.
Assure the proper functionality for Chargebacks and Disputes in compliance with VISA.
Direct communication and collaboration with third parties Iike: VISA, ATM Vendors, Processor etc.

Criteria to be fulfilled:


Minimum 3 years of banking experience in Cards&ATM area.
Excellent command of written and spoken English language
Strong knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Access etc)
