Loyalty & Retention Unit Manager
Purpose of position:
Loyalty and Retention Unit manager is accountable for the overall management of customer retention programs through analysis of customer base and behavior and through product planning and propositions. He/she should have a good understanding of the product management process and experience with developing & implementing retention programs so as to prevent churn/port outs and keep a constant satisfactory customer behavior.
Main Responsibilities of the position:
Design the strategy on customer loyalty and retention including the development, project management and implementation of retention programs for various products and services.
Seek opportunities & implement different schemas to increase revenue and reduce churn among existing customer bases
Collaborate within Marketing Group to create and launch retention campaigns/programs, driving loyalty and revenue
Analyze and report monthly usage patterns, churn, customer base trends, and customer retention projects and initiatives
Propose/execute marketing campaigns related to retention and value preservation and evaluate them periodically
Requirements of the position:
• University Degree
• At least 3 years of job experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in telecommunication field is considered an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Very good Communication skills, self-confident and result oriented
• Technological knowledge, financial analyses, budgeting knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• Able and willing to work in team
• Availability to work overtime when needed
