We are seeking to recruit: Reporting Specialist

Direct Reports to: Head of Reporting Sector

Main Responsibilities:



On monthly basis controls the reconciliation of the end of month nostro accounts balances provided by the respective department;
On monthly basis reconciles the inventory of loan collaterals with trial balance
Registers the purchases of fixed assets in the Fixed Assets Manager software
Once a month provides the reconciliation of the inventory of Loans and Deposits to Customers report with the trial balance;
Calculate the Deferred loan flat fees (if not supported by the system) required to prepare the IFRS financial statements;
Communicates and collects the information required for the preparation of unused credit limits from all the respective departments and branches;
Prepares the loans by maturity report and fulfill the final table (as required by SRU) about the payment of installment by maturity and the classification as: standard, substandard, special mentioned, doubt, lost.
Collects the necessary information from the branches for Re-pricing of loan portfolio and prepares the report as required by URS format.
Collects and elaborates the information on loan portfolio required for the preparation of Capital Adequacy Ratio Report (hegded and unhegded customer, companies turnover etc.);
On monthly basis provides reconciliation between Finance and Risk Reports in collaboration with Risk Unit.
On monthly basis prepares and control new Loans and Deposits reports.
On daily basis prepares Outstanding Loans and Deposits reports
On monthly basis prepares Premature Closed Deposits report.
On monthly basis prepares the Group Reporting Packages (OMEGA, ARPEGE, NEW DEAL, etc.)
On monthly basis prepares the Bank of Albania Reporting Package (URS).
On monthly basis prepares the ASD Report.
On monthly basis calculates and prepares the Required Reserve Report.
On monthly basis prepares Payment Instruments Report and Balance Sheet of Payments Report (for Bank Of Albania).
On quarterly basis prepares the Albanian Association of Banks Report.
On request, by the supervisor or auditors, prepares the different notes of the Financial Reports.
Other duties assigned by the Head of Sector.

The ideal Candidate should have:


Ability to work in a team and under cut off –s / deadlines
Very Good communication skills
High degree of accuracy

Criteria to be fulfilled:


Bachelor`s degree from Faculty of Economics, Accounting/Finance;
Preferable minimum 2 year previous experience in finance department (Reporting Background);
Very good written and spoken English;
Very good computer skills using different Microsoft applications;
