Check In Agent
Check-in agents are responsible to ensure all information necessary for travel has been communicated to and requested from the passenger. Prepares boarding passes and assists passengers with all airplane boarding processes as well as other duties.
Location: Rinas, Tirana International Airport
Type of Contract: seasonal
Criteria and qualifications required:
· minimum age 20
· maximum age 25
· fluency in English, both verbal and written; fluency in Italian;
· high school diploma; university degree is advantage
· non-criminal record
· IT literacy
· no visible tattoos or body piercing while in uniform
· strong communication skills
· flexibility and competence in team work
· well developed tolerance and response to stressful situations
· sense of responsibility
· well-groomed appearance
· Previous customer service experience is an advantage
