Lighting Sector Manager
Our client is a leading company, well known for innovative lighting products that incorporate design and superior technical performance. Based in Tirana, they are currently looking for a passionate and creative Lighting Sector Manager.
This is a very good opportunity to demonstrate your design skills with a company that emphasizes collaboration and flexibility, innovative designs, and a keen understanding of their marketplace.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate must have the ability to increase market competitiveness, market share, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Sales towards new clients; determine proper services to propose to customer
Sales lighting products through phone, in-person meetings, and presentations with customers and sales representatives
Develops and deliver effective product presentations
Interfaces with other in house team members, contractors and specifies to make the project successful
Calculate pricing, energy paybacks, document worksheet and create customer proposals
Provides full product application support to customers as well as sales/marketing
Maintains key account /customer relationships
Negotiates pricing to maximize the company profit margins, while satisfying the customer’s expectations
Maintains an up-to-date working knowledge of the lighting industry
Requirements:
University Degree; Professional Electrical High school would be an advantage
Designing and creative skills are highly preferred
Good knowledge of English and Italian language
3+ years of lighting sales experience (facility or general illumination lighting) or technical sales experience is preferred
Ability to organize, store and retrieve information and data
Visual Merchandiser abilities and very good technical skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of lighting systems design is highly preferred
Must be professional and have a polished "presence" when dealing directly with customers.
