We are seeking to recruit: Real Estate Sales Specialist
Job purpose:
To sell the Real Estate Properties that belongs to the bank. To prepare and follow plans regarding sales. To accompany the potential buyers to visit the properties, collaborate with the newspapers and the real estate agencies to promote sales of properties. To advice clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. To report every problem noticed and to recommend the respective measures to protect and maintain the assets in every specific circumstance.
Direct Reports to: Head of General Administrative Services Sector
Main Responsibilities:
Follow sales and Asset Management procedures and/or working instructions.
Carry out market research on Asset Management.
General monitoring and reporting of Real Estate and Assets status.
Plan, organize and realize the selling procedures of Bank Assets as per Bank internal respective decisions.
Asses the possibility of selling Bank properties, which are not in use.
Provide possible buyers-lessees with information on interested properties according to the Bank internal procedures/regulations.
Carry out other duties as directed by the Superior within his scope of activities of General Administrative Services Sector.
In cases of requests received from Compliance Unit, the specialist only informs the Compliance Unit on the transaction performed
Accepts the request for unblocking the account of the customer from Network Division or Compliance Unit.
Performs the respective transaction in the electronic bank system. If the request is in conformity with the procedure in force. If not, he refuses to perform the transaction and notifies the related parties.
Checks in the electronic system if the account unblocked is linked with a Debit Card and inform the respective units for unblocking the Debit Card.
Notifies every related party (internally) for the execution or rejection of the request of unblocking through e-mail.
Monitors the terms of account block and unblock if it is in accordance of the terms approved by the respective parties.
The ideal Candidate should have:
Ability to prepare and present proposals and respective technical documents.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with great initiative and can-do attitude.
Similar successful experience in a similar position
Strong relationship background is an advantage
Criteria to be fulfilled:
University degree in Economics and related fields
Good written and spoken English
Computer basic knowledge (Ms- Word, Excel)
