We are looking to recruit a Call Center Manager to join our successful team. The individual should have experience in Call Center Management, Direct Sales and/or Customer Support in order to contribute to business strategy whilst developing the contact center operations.

You'll be challenged on a daily basis as you will be exposed to different situations in many areas of the business. You will be passionate about leading, inspiring and developing your team to achieve the best within the organization

We're looking for...
First and foremost, you must possess the ability to manage the Call Center unit to deliver excellent customer service whilst achieving KPIs within a sales and service arena. You’ll lead, manage and develop staff within the operation whilst maximizing and ensuring optimum performance is achieved throughout the call center.
What's the role?
• Monitoring operational performance / service levels and taking action proactively to reduce any shortfall.
• Working hard to achieve Sales objectives whilst keeping a very high customer support standard
• Building a Motivation & Reward scheme for individuals where excellent performance is demonstrated.
• Ensure that operational changes are properly communicated and embedded within the operation.
• Take active part in the recruitment processes, ensuring that all new entrants meet the Business requirements.
• Own and manage the change control process for any changes to the agreed operation locally.
• Conduct regular knowledge gap analysis and take the appropriate measures to address any identified shortfalls.
• Ensure that the costs, revenues meet or exceed agreed expectations.

The successful Candidate should have:
• Proven current contact center experience and/or at least 3 Years in a Management and Leadership Role.
• Experience of managing outsourced relationships is essential
• Fluency in English and also in one of the following languages French or Italian
• Previous Experience in setting up call centre’s from start up - is an advantage
• Previous experience in managing large contacts Centre’s - is an advantage
• Proven management skills
• Proven Contact / Call center IT & Systems experience.
• Customer relationships management Skills
