Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of IT Technical Support Officer
Primary purpose of the role:
IT Technical Support Officer monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the company. Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
Duties include:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Requirements of the role:
• University degree in Information Systems or in relevant discipline.
• Working with the open source applications is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure, shifts and team
• Fluent Albanian and English, both spoken and written
• Age maximum 28
