Regional Business Manager (Albania & Kosovo)
Our client is a world leading manufacturer of consumer products, headquarter in EU with an international presence and sales in 160 countries, on every continent. Currently represented successfully for many years in Albania by a local distribution company, they are willing to expand their brands and market share through hiring an experienced and top professional Regional Manager for Albania and Kosovo
Role:
Successfully manage distribution system/partner through credible, authentic and reliable relationship building and leadership. Gain market share quickly, specifically against competition. Grow the organization according market needs. This position contributes to the success of the company by developing and executing market level selling programs and driving regional programming with local distributors in Albania and Kosovo.
Report to: Regional Business Manager Central Europe and SEE.
Candidates with more than 5 years of adequate sales management experience, at least 3 years of top management experience and proven record of success in distributor management (or wholesale/key account management) are perfect for this position.
The successful candidate must be fluent in English language and willing to travel one week/ per month out of Albania.
