Tirana International Airport is looking to hire
LEGAL EXPERT
who will report to the Legal Department Director of the Company
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
Draft contracts and MoUs with any third party
Provide legal research and legal opinion on different issues upon request
Following legal issues related to the Concession Agreement, local and international law and drafting different correspondence to third parties
Keep and draft the minutes of the General Assembly of the Shareholders of the company
Assisting the other Divisions and Departments in their applications for licenses and authorizationsRequirements of the position:
· Degree in Law.
· Candidates with Master degree will be preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in the related area, in particular Civil, Commercial and Labor Law, preferably from a reputable Law Firm in Albania
· Excellent knowledge of Albanian legislation and International commercial legislation, including EU legislation
· Able to produce readable high quality reports and contracts.
· Fluent in Albanian and English Languages
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
· Interpersonal effectiveness, drive to achieve, team work.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
