Technical Director
in Production Department
Job Propose:
Technician Director is responsible to: guarantee the efficiency utilization of the production line, guarantee the functioning of all technical processes in production area such as planning, design, setting up, maintenance and modifying, optimizing and monitoring the manufacturing processes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plans and check regular and unpredicted maintenance process, done internally (“in home”) and/ or from third parties.
· Examines the utilization of the line and equipment with highest quality and efficiency
· Responsible to implement the guide and various resources and materials of OHSAS program.
· Contributes in updating of HACCP plan.
Skills andqualifications:
University Degree in Industrial Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanic Engineer, Electronic Engineer
At least 5 years of similar work experience
Excellent communication and team management skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Ability to motivate co-workers and others
Ability to behave decisively
Patient and with self-confidence.
Ability to work in crises and willingness to work with three shifts
Very good knowledge of Italian or/and English
Very good knowledge of Ms Office package especially in Excel program
