Position: Chief Operating Officer
Main duties that the candidate will perform:
ü Complete Profit & Loss of Chrome Trading Out of Albania
ü Development of sources from various mining belts in Albania
ü Development of suppliers from Kosovo
ü Long term supply arrangements
ü Development of supply chain from the mines to the FoB
ü Complete quality control – Both from local laboratories and International
ü Development of new products (Chrome Concentrate /Non Chrome related products)
Skills and Qualifications
ü Geologist Engineer / Mining Engineer
ü Experience in the Chrome trading/ mining
ü Wide network in the Chrome mining sector
ü Age: ~45 years, Experience in Chrome Sector: Min 15 years
ü Should have led teams with senior people in the past
